Programs

In an effort to improve the understanding of Chaos students Dr. Pleva and Dr. Desjardins have arranged for some Chaos programs to be available to their students for personal use. Students are to use this site to gain a deeper understanding of Chaos and to learn more effectively. It is with that goal in mind that this site was created and in keeping with that goal this site may be updated to include more programs as the Chaos class develops.

The programs on this site are written in compliance with the Java Virtual Machine version 1.8. It is recommended that you update the Java on your browser to the latest version before running the programs on this site. Additionally, try to be running the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape. Note: Macintosh versions of Netscape have a very bad version of Java; IE 5 is recommended for Macintosh users.

The splash page for this site is written in Flash 4. It is not necessary to view the splash page, but if you were taken directly here instead of the splash page your browser is not flash enabled. It would be a good idea to go to the flash site and download the plug-in.

The six Java programs are under continual refinement. If you find a problem in them or the site in general please report it to the webmaster.
